Here's an important reminder that healing happens in the presence of a loving witness. 

One of my most important duties in life is bringing people together for necessary healing and expansion. Leadership trainings, adventure retreats, yoga classes and other gatherings curated in collaboration are spaces where I've witnessed true healing take place, and have felt it for myself.

Photography and content creation are creative outlets that allows my sincere gratitude for this world and everything in it to be observed and captured through a lens of love. 

With a passionate eye for capturing life's beauty in every moment, especially raw and authentic moments, below are some of my favorite moments I've photographed with my Sony A7III camera.
