Cacao Medicine offers pure heart coherence. Connecting with the Spirit of this plant (fruit) is an honor, one I hold with so much reverence. My cacao ceremonies welcome moments of silence, song, prayers, grief, love and connection. *We consume sustainably sourced cacao.*

The world of somatics is potent. In these ceremonies we open our bodies and fields to allow what is stored deeper inside of us to be expressed and ultimately released through alchemical processes. Honoring our physical & energetic bodies throughout the ceremony.

To carry an altar is one of the most important aspects of my life. As a student of many plant teachers, I hold these spaces and ceremonies with protection, offerings, moments of silence to listen and song to express, always with pure intention. Deep prayers are laid down and space contained for a journey of transformational healing.

Spaces hold memory. Bodies do too. During a ceremonial cleanse, I work with and through your home + yourself to gently move stagnant or inherited energies using natural sprays, sacred smokes and Reiki. This creates spaciousness for your creative pulse to flow freely again in relation to and through your sacred objects and own vessel.
