20 hour Weekend Somatic Yin Yoga and Spaceholder Teacher Training in La Mesa, California.
This is for the woman rooting deeper into presence, ready to reclaim her natural rhythm and drawn to Yin as more than a style of yoga, but as a way of being.
This weekend immersion blends the stillness of Yin Yoga with the living intelligence of the body. Through the lens of feminine cycles, energy flow, taoist practices, fascia and somatic awareness, we explore Yin as both a practice to share and a way of holding space — for ourselves and for others.
